CESDOP has published a comparative Study of Forensic Psychiatry and Psychiatrists in Criminal Justice in England, Spain, Rumania, Sweden and France. The investigation has brought to light enormous disparities in forensic psychiatrists’ status and in the “institutional” organisation of forensic psychiatric expertise.
